If your email address changes, please do the following:
- (1) Login to the Client Billing & Support Area and update it there.
- (2) Login at Client Area Your login information was sent to you on sign up for your hosting account.
- Or, just open a support ticket right here to give us the new address (make sure to include the old one so we can verify the account)
If you've lost your log in information for the biling area, please just open a support ticket and we can reset it for you. Be sure to include your domain, name and email used to sign up originally.
